This Privacy Policy explains how EL4 TECH LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 15517465) with registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and users ("you", "your") in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We collect only data necessary to operate UpRoom, including:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Property link (e.g. Rightmove / Zoopla URL) you submit
• Preferences and choices you make inside the product
• Source (how you found out about us)

We do not collect or store payment card data. All payments are processed by independent providers such as Stripe.

3. Legal basis and purposes of processing

We process your personal data to:

• provide the Services and respond to your requests;
• improve and personalise your experience;
• send service updates and (with your consent) marketing communications;
• prevent fraud and secure the Website;
• comply with our legal obligations.
